Pizza Bagels

Pizza Bagels

This semester, for our homeschooling co-op, I am teaching a cooking class with a friend of mine. For the first class, I taught how to make pizza bagels, and it was a success!

Pizza bagels are a great option for a simple meal or for children to learn how to make them for the family.

If you would like your bagels to be crunchier, toast them before putting the toppings on.

Place bagel halves on tray, inside up.
Spread sauce over bagel face, all the way to the edges.
Place pepperoni on top of sauce.

    1. Great! We did talk about other bread options as well, like English Muffins. :-)

  2. We also make them on English Muffins, and have them about once a week! We do use the "toast beforehand" step (oven on broil). Depending on how hungry the brothers are, we make as many as 48 pizzas :) If there are leftovers, my siblings just might be known for eating them for breakfast!
