Baked Oatmeal Casserole–yum, yum, yum!


I made this for breakfast today!  It falls nothing short of delicious!

It is fruity, nutty, and chocolaty.  What more could you ask for?!

I used a 9x13 pan, and the casserole turned out differently than the urban nester’s photo.  Hers looks more like a cake.  I think I would prefer the way mine turned out.

Also, I served it with a bit of homemade, lightly-sweetened, whipped cream
